Relinquishment

If you are in the unfortunate position of needing to surrender your pet reptile or amphibian, we are here to help.

As a nonprofit organization dedicated to the conservation and welfare of these amazing creatures, we have the resources and expertise to provide a safe and nurturing environment for surrendered pets. We work with local shelters and other organizations to provide a temporary home for these animals while we search for permanent, loving homes.

While we do not charge a fee for relinquishing your pet, we suggest a donation of $30 per relinquished animal to help with veterinary care and the expenses of fostering. This donation is optional and can be reduced or waived altogether if it presents a financial hardship.
We never turn down animals based on donations.

If you need to surrender your pet reptile or amphibian, please contact us to schedule a drop-off time. We will work with you to ensure a smooth and stress-free transition for your pet.
